The course equips students with core knowledge of General Education and Specialized Knowledge (through topics like Food, Movies, Astronomy, Technology, Architecture, Bails, etc.) while introducing them to ICT-based (Information and Communication Technology) foreign language learning strategies that build up the students’ own personal ELearning framework (i.e. awareness of self, language learning processes and structures, and communication skills), a vital element of second/foreign language learning which allows students to define, manage and self-regulate their learning continuously. This course also guides students to balance test-oriented learning with task-based learning through exposure to research skills and analytical/ critical thinking within ELearning.
